Captive Spawned Lobo Coral

This Captive Spawned Lobo is a beautiful LPS coral with a rich orange-red outer ring, glowing teal highlights, and a deep blue-purple center. The contrast between the warm outer tissue and cool center gives this piece a bold collector look while still being a great coral for a well-established mixed reef.

Lobophyllia corals do best in a stable reef system with low to moderate lighting and low to moderate flow. Place it on the sand bed or lower rockwork where the fleshy tissue has room to expand without rubbing against rock or nearby corals.
