Safe for reef, fish-only, and freshwater systems, and easy to drop into a sump, canister, HOB, or media reactor (in the included mesh bag).

How It Works

The highly porous structure hosts dense colonies of nitrifying bacteria. As water passes through the pores, these microbes process waste and help stabilize parameters for healthier fish and corals.

Directions

1. Rinse spheres until water runs clear (use RO/DI or dechlorinated water).

2. Place spheres in the mesh bag in a high-flow area of your sump, canister, or reactor.

3. Use up to 1 kg per 750 gal (scale proportionally).

4. For maintenance, swish gently in old tank water during water changes. Replace or add media in stages (never all at once) to preserve bacteria populations.
